The sales team consist of 5 accountmanagers. The whole Sales & Marketing department is divided into inside and outside sales, while each staff member is also accountmanager for a certain number of airlines. Although working with accountmanagers, every sales staff has the full knowledge of all represented airline companies. This great advantage can be used during salesvisits to travelagents, touroperators, NATM members and business companies. The inside sales takes care of all incoming telephone calls, mailings, coordination of fairs and workshops and activities like grouprequests or possible complaints. All dedicated accountmanagers are contactperson directly to the represented airlines.

Marketing.

Our skilled sales staff maintains excellent relations with local travel agents, tour operators and Internet booking sites to increase your visibility and sales. They also provide monthly sales figures (compared to the previous year), arrange group bookings, etcetera.
