Estonian Air has an innovative ticketing concept that caters to the need of every passenger. Travellers can choose between three booking classes: Business, Flexible Economy and Economy. On board service on Estonian Air Boeing 737-300/500 flights is divided into two classes: Premium Class cabin is for passengers holding business or flexible economy fare tickets. All passengers in this class are served free breakfast, lunch or dinner and beverages depending on the time of departure. Travel Class is for passengers with economy fare tickets (lowest economy fares). A buy-on-board menu of snacks and beverages is available. For long flights, meals can be ordered via internet up to 72 hours in advance. Besides EuroBonus, its frequent flyer program, Estonian Air also provides the SkyCard, giving loyal customers discounts on products and services of Estonian Air as well as partners of the airline.
Estonian Air is Estonia’s national carrier with 17 years of experience, owned by the Estonian state (34 per cent), SAS Group (49 per cent) and investment bank AS Cresco (17 per cent). The home base of Estonian Air is Tallinn Airport. The fleet of Estonian Air consists of five aircraft: three Boeing 737-500’s and two Boeing 737-300’s.
