AeroSur brings South America closer to Europe. Four times a week a modern Airbus A330 flies passengers from Madrid to Viru Viru International Airport in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, the largest city of Bolivia.

AeroSur was founded as a regional carrier in 1992. Steadily growing, AeroSur has since become the largest airline in Bolivia, after Lloyd Aereo Boliviano (LAB) ceased its operations. Nowadays, AeroSur maintains a large domestic network, but the airline also offers international flights to, for example, Madrid (Spain), Miami (USA), Buenos Aires (Argentina) and São Paulo (Brazil). In Bolivia, the airline improves the accessibility of smaller towns by connecting them to large cities like La Paz, Cochabamba, Sucre and of course its home base Santa Cruz. AeroSur offers frequent flyers special benefits when they enrol in the Club AeroSur program. Not only individual passengers are invited to join the program; Club AeroSur Corporativo also allows companies to collect the flown mileage from members of their staff, to save on travel costs.

With the AeroSur Pass, passengers can fly to four destinations in Bolivia for a fixed price within a period of 45 days. This allows them to discover all the different landscapes of the country: the Andes mountain range in the west with Nevada Sajama as its highest peak (6,542 metres); the Amazon rainforest in the east; the salt plains and the open plains in the south east; and the beautiful Lake Titicaca at the border between Bolivia and Peru. AeroSur also offers The South America Pass, which allows its passengers to travel at reduced rates to four destinations within South America.
