French airline Aigle Azur operates a two-weekly flight from Paris to Baghdad, the capital of Iraq. Next to this, the airlines offers flights to several destinations in Portugal, Marocco, Algeria, Tunesia and Mali.

In April 1946, the airline was established by Sylvain Floirat. In May 2001 the airline was taken over by Groupe GOFAST and has established herself as a short- and mediumhaul airline. The fleet exists of 11 aircraft, 3 Airbus A319, 4 Airbus A320 and 4 Airbus A321.

On board hotmeals and snacks are served, depending on the duration of the flight. Of course, coffee, tea and (soft)drinks are served as well.

Aigle Azurs’ frequent flyer program is called AzurPlus and offers passengers upgrades, extra baggage allowance and reward tickets. The airline also offers a corporate frequent flyer program.
